Personal Errands is a skill she is hired with, and the point of it is completion rather than capture. An errand is not done when it is written down; it is done when the return is collected, the pickup is confirmed, or the renewal has gone through, which is why each one stays tracked until something closes it.
The web side is where most of it happens. She can drive a real browser through the desktop companion app, so a return portal, a booking form, or a multi-step account page behind a login is something she works through rather than something she tells you to go and do. That one is off by default and turns on when you install the companion.
Google Maps is on her tool list, which is what makes batching real rather than a nice idea. Three errands become one route with the order that actually works, taking the opening hours into account rather than assuming everything is open when you are free.

How does she use a website that has no integration?
Through the desktop companion app, which gives her a real browser on your own machine. That covers the sites with a login and a five-step form, which is most of the ones errands actually live on. It is off until you install the companion and switch it on.
Does she pay for things?
Not without you. Anything that spends money or hands over your details raises a sign-off card, so she does all the work up to the confirmation and the confirmation is yours.
