AI Personal Email Management
Receipts filed, family threads sorted, junk killed, important stuff surfaced.
Alice is your AI Personal Assistant on Sistava.
Personal inboxes get cluttered fast: receipts, school notices, doctor reminders, marketing, family threads, the occasional important thing buried under it all. Alice keeps it sorted so the important stuff finds you.
Receipts go to a receipts folder. Family threads stay grouped. Bills get flagged before they are due. Promotional noise is unsubscribed and forgotten. What is left is what actually needs your attention.
What you hand over is the mailbox and a short description of what matters to you. What Alice works out on her own is the rest: which senders are recurring, which threads are still open, which message is the one you would have been annoyed to miss. She connects to Gmail or Outlook, and she also has her own email address, so you can forward or CC her on a single thread instead of handing over the whole account.
A good pass looks like a shorter inbox and a short note back: what she filed, what she drafted, what she left for you and why. Replies sit as drafts under your name until you send them, because sending is one of the actions that pauses for a sign-off card rather than going out quietly.
The part still worth your eyes is the judgement call. She sorts by the rules and the patterns she has learned, so a first-time sender who matters to you can land in the wrong pile until you say so once. Every action she took is listed in the activity timeline if you want to check what happened while you were not looking.
What you get
- Family threads grouped together so you see the whole conversation.
- Receipts auto-filed to a single folder, searchable by vendor.
- Bills flagged before the due date so nothing slips.
- Promotional and spam noise unsubscribed and silenced.
How it works
- Sorts incoming personal mail: Family, friends, household services, finance, school all routed to the right view.
- Drafts polite replies for you to send: Replies waiting in your inbox for one-tap send. Tone matched to your style.
- Unsubscribes from the noise: Recurring promo senders flagged and unsubscribed automatically. You stay on the lists you actually use.
- Turns mail into things to do: A bill with a due date, a form to return, a reply someone is waiting on: each becomes a tracked item with a date, not a mental note.
- Reports back in one short read: What she filed, what is drafted, what needs you. Delivered in the workspace chat, or in Slack or Telegram if you would rather read it there.
FAQ
Can Alice reply for me?
Drafts wait for your one-tap send by default. Auto-send only for low-stakes senders you explicitly trust.
Will she read everything?
She processes everything that lands in your connected mailbox, but she only acts on what your rules cover. You can mark folders private and she leaves them alone.
Can I keep some folders private?
Yes. Mark any folder, label, or sender as private and Alice ignores them entirely.
Do I have to connect my personal mailbox?
No. Alice has her own email address from the day you hire her, so you can start by forwarding or CCing her on the threads you want handled. Connecting Gmail or Outlook is what lets her work the whole inbox and reply as you rather than as herself.
What runs without me asking?
You can put an inbox pass on a routine, daily or on the cycle you choose, and every run is logged with its result. Between runs she works on what you send her. She can also message you first when something in the mail cannot wait.
Where do I check her work?
Three places. The drafts folder, where nothing has been sent yet. The activity timeline, which lists every action she took and lets you open any one of them. And the reply itself, since a draft written in your voice is still a draft until you press send.
