What this insurance can mean for you

SISTA AI holds Dutch Business Liability Insurance through ABN AMRO Schadeverzekering N.V. The insured business activity is Computer / Software House. If you believe SISTA AI is legally liable for a loss, this policy may be relevant to how that claim is handled. It can only apply where the claim concerns the insured activity and falls within the policy terms, limits, conditions, and exclusions. The policy is not a promise that a particular claim will be paid. Coverage depends on the facts and the insurer’s assessment of the claim.

Cover and limits

Insurance type: Business Liability Insurance (Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering Bedrijven, "AVB"). Insurer: ABN AMRO Schadeverzekering N.V., Netherlands. Cover for one covered claim: €2,500,000. Annual policy maximum across all covered claims: €5,000,000 per calendar year. Insured business activity: Computer / Software House. Policy held from: 15 September 2025.

Important exclusions

This is general business liability cover. It is not a product warranty, professional indemnity cover, or cyber insurance for the platform or its outputs. The policy excludes claims arising from supplied software, defects in software advice, software design or analysis, changes to software or files, and damage to information carriers or the software and information on them. If you require a particular type or level of cover, ask before signing. Do not assume this policy meets a requirement that has not been confirmed to you.
