Sub-processors

Last updated: June 4, 2026 This page lists every third-party service provider (a "sub-processor") that may process customer data on behalf of Sistava in connection with delivering the Services. It is incorporated by reference into our Data Processing Agreement and forms part of the agreement between you and Sistava. We update this list when we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. Customers under a signed DPA may object to a new sub-processor within thirty (30) days of an update by emailing contact@sista.ai . If you reasonably object and we cannot offer a satisfactory alternative, your sole remedy is to terminate the affected portion of the Services and request data export under Section 18.A of the Terms of Service. To receive automatic notifications when this page changes, contact us with the subject line "Sub-processor notifications". These providers process inputs and outputs (chat messages, prompts, files, generated content) when an AI employee or feature uses their model. The set of model providers below is the current list and may change as we evolve the service: we add, remove, or replace providers from time to time, and this page is the authoritative source of truth at any given moment (see the notice above on how additions are communicated and how to object).

Excluded

The following are not sub-processors and are not listed above: open-source software components and libraries we self-host on our own infrastructure (these do not transmit customer data to any third party); internal tools used by Sistava staff for internal operations and do not process customer data; and third-party services that the customer chooses to connect to (such as the customer's own Gmail, Drive, Slack, CRM, or MCP server) which the customer authorizes directly and which are governed by the customer's separate relationship with that provider.
