Three Steps to Your First Conversation
- Sign up. Create your account at the signup page. You start on the Free plan with 1,000 credits, no credit card required.
- Hire from the Marketplace. Click "Marketplace" in the top navigation. You will see pre-built teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, and more). Pick one that matches what you need and click "Hire." If you prefer a single employee instead, scroll down to the individual employees section.
- Start talking. After hiring, you land directly in a chat. For teams, you talk to the team leader, who introduces the team and coordinates the work. For individuals, you talk to the employee directly.
That is it. Your AI workforce is ready.

Teams are the recommended starting point. They come with a leader who handles delegation, planning, and coordination out of the box.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
When you click "Hire," the system creates the employee (or full team) from a pre-built template. Each employee gets foundational skills, duties, and tools assigned automatically based on their role. The employee starts in an onboarding state, but can already work immediately. You do not need to wait for onboarding to finish.
If you click "Hire" before signing up, your selection is saved. After you sign up, the hire completes automatically and you land in the right chat.
Tips for Getting Started
- Be specific with your requests. "Write a short welcome email for new customers, friendly tone, under 100 words" produces better results than "write an email."
- Give feedback naturally. If the result is close but not right, just say what to change. The employee adjusts based on your input.
- Start with a team. Pre-built teams come with smart defaults, a leader who manages coordination, and sprint planning built in. Less setup than managing individuals yourself.
- Explore the dashboard tabs. After hiring, click on the employee in the sidebar and browse the tabs (Skills, Tools, Duties, Profile) to see what they can do and customize them.
