Notifications keep you informed when important things happen across your AI workforce without needing to check constantly.

TL;DR

The platform sends you notifications when employees complete work, credits run low, schedules fire, and more. Configure what you get notified about and how (push, email) in Settings > Notifications. Credit alerts fire automatically at 25%, 15%, and 0% remaining.

What Are Notifications

Notifications are alerts that tell you something happened: an employee finished a task, your credits are running low, a scheduled job completed, or a team member joined your organization. Instead of watching every employee constantly, notifications bring the important events to you.

Where to Find Your Notifications

Look for the bell icon in the top-right of your workspace, near the credit bar. A badge shows the count of unread notifications. Click the bell to open your notification center and see recent alerts.

What You Get Notified About

Event Type When It Fires
Credit alerts When your credit balance drops to 25%, 15%, or 0% remaining
Task completion When an employee marks a task as complete
Schedule runs When a scheduled job starts or finishes
Employee activity When employees complete significant work
Team updates When members join or leave your organization

Each notification type can be toggled on or off independently, so you only see what matters to you.

Credit Alerts

Credit alerts are the most critical notification type. They fire automatically so you never run out of credits unexpectedly.

Threshold Alert Level What Happens
25% remaining Warning A notification tells you credits are getting low. Good time to consider topping up
15% remaining Urgent A more prominent alert warns that credits are running critically low
0% remaining Critical Credits are exhausted. AI work pauses until you top up or your next billing cycle

Each threshold alert fires once per billing period. You will not receive repeated warnings at the same level.

How to Configure Notifications

Notification Preferences

Control which events trigger notifications.

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings
  2. Go to Notifications > Preferences
  3. Toggle each event type on or off

Delivery Methods

Choose how you receive your notifications.

  1. Click the gear icon to open Settings
  2. Go to Notifications > Delivery
  3. Enable or disable each delivery channel:
Channel How It Works
Push In-app notifications appear in your notification center (the bell icon). Instant, always available while you are in the workspace
Email Notifications sent to your registered email address. Good for staying informed when you are not in the app

You can enable both channels at the same time. Each notification will be delivered through every enabled channel.

Alert Configuration

Fine-tune threshold-based alerts.

  1. Click the gear icon to open Settings
  2. Go to Notifications > Alerts
  3. Review and adjust alert thresholds for credits and activity

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do I configure notifications? A: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your workspace, then go to Notifications. You will find Preferences, Delivery, and Alerts sections.

Q: Will I get spammed with credit alerts? A: No. Each credit threshold (25%, 15%, 0%) fires only once per billing period. You receive at most three credit alerts per cycle.

Q: Can I get notifications on my phone? A: If email delivery is enabled, you will receive notification emails on any device. Native mobile push notifications are planned for a future release.

Q: What happens if I disable all notifications? A: You will not receive any alerts. Credit alerts are strongly recommended to avoid unexpected disruptions when credits run out.

Q: Do notifications cost credits? A: No. Notifications are a platform feature and do not consume any credits.
