The Settings page is your central control panel for subscriptions, organization, notifications, AI models, and more.

TL;DR

Click the gear icon in the top-right of your workspace to open Settings. Everything is organized into five sections: Subscription (plans, credits, invoices, payments), Organization (members, roles, switching), Notifications (alerts and delivery), Technical (AI models, external channels), and Legal (policies and terms). This page walks through every section so you know exactly where to find what you need.

How to Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your workspace. The Settings page opens with a sidebar on the left showing all sections. Click any section to jump straight to it.

Subscription

Everything related to your plan, credits, and payments lives here.

Current Plan

Shows your active subscription plan and its renewal date. From here you can:

Credit Usage

A detailed breakdown of how your credits are being spent this billing period. The page has three parts:

Credit Usage Spending by category: AI Usage (expandable by tier and model), Tool Calls, Internal, Compute Runtime, Tasks Completed, Voice Calls
Credit Grants All bonus credits received: welcome bonus, promo codes, referrals, credit pack purchases
Usage History Month-by-month consumption with expandable detail per period

Get Free Credits

Your referral program hub. Invite friends and you both earn bonus credits.

Invoices

Your billing history. Every invoice is listed with:

Manage the credit cards on your account.

Available Plans

Compare all subscription plans side by side.

Free Trying the platform. Limited credits, basic features
Pro Individual users. More credits, full feature access
Team Small teams. Shared workspace, team collaboration
Scale Growing organizations. Higher limits, priority support

Each plan card shows the monthly price, credit allowance, and included features. Click any plan to upgrade or switch.

Top Up Credits

Buy credit packs without changing your subscription plan. Useful for temporary spikes in usage.

Organization

Manage your organization, members, and multi-org setup.

Switch Organization

If you belong to multiple organizations, switch between them here. Each organization has its own AI workforce, billing, and settings. Switching changes your entire workspace context.

Create New Organization

Start a fresh organization. Each one is completely separate: separate employees, separate billing, separate members. Useful for different clients, projects, or departments.

Members

View everyone who has access to your organization.

Where to find it: Settings (gear icon) > Organization > Members

Invitations

Send invites to bring new people into your organization.

Where to find it: Settings (gear icon) > Organization > Invitations

Roles

Control what each member can do.

Role What They Can Do
Owner Full access. Manage billing, delete the organization, transfer ownership
Admin Full access except deleting the organization and transferring ownership
Member Work with AI employees, view dashboards. Limited settings access

You can change a member's role from the Members page.

Organization Settings

Update your organization's basic information.

Where to find it: Settings (gear icon) > Organization > Settings

Notifications

Control what alerts you receive and how they are delivered.

Preferences

Choose which events trigger notifications. Toggle on or off for each event type: credit alerts, employee activity, task completions, schedule runs, and more.

Delivery

Choose how you receive notifications.

Channel Description
Push In-app notifications that appear in your notification center
Email Notifications sent to your email address

Enable or disable each channel independently. You can receive push only, email only, or both.

Alerts

Configure threshold-based alerts for important events.

Technical

Settings for how your AI employees behave and how the outside world reaches them.

AI Behavior

Workspace-wide defaults for how every employee thinks, works together, and remembers. Organized into three cards.

Employee Brain (per-employee overridable):

Delegation & Teamwork (workspace-wide only):

Advanced Memory (workspace-wide toggle):

Changing any setting in the Employee Brain card affects newly hired employees only. Existing employees keep their current setting unless you change it on their individual profile. Delegation, Teamwork, and Memory settings apply to everyone in the workspace immediately.

Inbound Channels

Manage how the outside world reaches your AI employees.

API REST API access. View your API key, see endpoints
MCP Model Context Protocol server. Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, or other MCP clients
A2A Agent-to-Agent protocol. Let external AI agents collaborate with your employees
Webhooks Trigger employee work from external events
Email Let people email your employees directly

Each channel can be enabled or disabled independently. API keys and connection details are shown when you expand each channel.

Tips and Tricks

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is the Settings page? A: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your workspace. It opens the full Settings page with a sidebar for navigation.

Q: Can I change my subscription plan at any time? A: Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription > Available Plans, pick a new plan, and the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference.

Q: How do I invite someone to my organization? A: Go to Settings > Organization > Invitations. Enter their email address and send the invite. They will receive an email with a link to join.

Q: What happens if I change the company-wide default AI model? A: Only newly hired employees use the new default. Existing employees keep their current model. To change an existing employee's model, update it in their persona settings.

Q: Can I use multiple payment methods? A: Yes. Add as many cards as you need under Settings > Subscription > Payment Methods. Set one as the default for automatic charges.
