Who we build for

Your first team can be AI. For solo founders: one founder, an entire AI workforce. Solo founders can build and operate more of their company from day one with AI employees. As the business grows, humans join the same workspace and work alongside the AI workforce, with both scaling together. Our proof: we run Sistava the same way. AI employees already work across engineering, product, design, sales, support, finance, and operations. One human founder sets the direction and remains accountable.

Learn: remember outcomes and adapt to each business. Recover: detect problems, repair them, and continue safely. Improve: test upgrades and take on more responsibility only after proving reliability.

Open Company

Complete transparency is part of how we operate. Sistava is an open company that publishes its company record, operating practices, product progress, and the context behind its decisions.

Autonomy with clear rules

Truth and transparency: show what works, what does not, what it costs, and what went wrong. Privacy: customer data stays private, isolated, and controlled by the customer. Fairness: use the same clear rules for everyone, with no hidden manipulation. Human control: people can inspect, redirect, pause, revoke access, or take over at any time.

Trust and accountability

Sistava is operated by SISTA AI, a registered Dutch company. More AI autonomy does not remove legal responsibility, security obligations, privacy protections, customer rights or human oversight.

Why this exists

Freedom should include your time. I built Sistava because financial freedom means little if the business consumes your life. As a software engineer, I believe digital work can eventually be automated, so I am building the system I wanted for my own company and making it available to everyone. Your business should work for your life, not consume it.

Building autonomy one responsibility at a time

The work began in December 2022. Years of building, testing, and automating work led to Sistava: a company run on the same AI employees it offers to businesses. SISTA AI registered in the Netherlands in July 2023, the first working Sistava prototype went live in January 2026, and the platform launched in April 2026.

Founder and team

Mahmoud Zalt is a software engineer and AI architect with more than 16 years of experience. He sets the direction and final boundaries while AI employees take on more of Sistava’s work. These are the AI employees helping operate Sistava today. Their responsibilities expand only as they prove reliable.
