# Navigate Your Workspace The Workspace is your daily hub for managing your AI workforce. It is the main screen you see after logging in. ## TL;DR The Workspace has three layers: Employee (individual work), Team (group coordination), and Company (organization-wide oversight). Navigate between them using the sidebar on the left. Each layer has its own set of tabs for different tasks. The sidebar shows your org chart: Company at the top, teams as sections, and employees within each team. ## How the Workspace Is Organized The Workspace is split into two main areas: the **sidebar** on the left and the **dashboard** on the right. ### The Sidebar The sidebar is your navigation map.
