# View Company Dashboard Your AI Company is your complete workforce, all teams and employees working together under one roof with shared policies and a company-wide view. ## TL;DR The Company is the top level of your workspace. It contains your teams, which contain your employees. The company dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of everything happening across your organization through 10 tabs: Chat, Tasks, Drive, Office, Employees, Training, Policies, Schedule, Activity, and Profile. Company-wide policies (safety rules) apply to all employees automatically. ## Where to Find It Click your organization name at the top of the sidebar. This opens the company dashboard. Start by hiring employees and organizing them into teams. ## Tips and Tricks - **Start with one team.** You do not need a complex org chart from day one. Start simple and add structure as you grow - **Use the company Chat tab for oversight.** It shows every conversation happening across your organization, so you can spot issues early - **Check Activity when something seems off.** The company-wide activity timeline shows exactly what happened, when, and which employee did it - **Training applies to everyone.** Documents uploaded at the company level are available to all employees, so use it for shared knowledge like company policies or product docs ## Good to Know - **One company per account.** Use teams to organize different departments or functions within it - **Bench team.** Every company has a default Bench team where new hires land before you assign them to a specific team.
