### Will she remind the kids?

Yes, on whatever channel works (text, smart speaker, household display). You decide which kids get which reminders.

### Which calendars and meeting tools does she actually use?

Google Calendar for the schedule itself, and Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Calendly for the meeting side. She also works from your Gmail or Outlook mail, which is where most invites and reschedules arrive in the first place.

### Does she ask before moving something?

Moving or cancelling an event that involves another person pauses for your approval, as a sign-off card you answer yes or no to. Adding a block to your own day, or fixing an obvious clash inside the household, she just does and tells you.
